EMPLOYMENT



Franchisor will not directly control (hire, fire or schedule) Franchisee’s employees.

This Addendum automatically terminates on the earlier to occur of the following: (i) the Loan is paid in full;

or (ii) SBA no longer has any interest in the Loan.

Except as amended by this Addendum, the Franchise Agreement remains in full force and effect according

to its terms.
