Your deposit is applied to the purchase price of puppy. SELLER will hold subject puppy for five (5) days pending receipt

of Deposit. If Deposit is not received within that timeframe, BUYER needs to contact SELLER to check availability.

BUYER agrees that he/she has or will view(ed) the subject puppy in person before final purchase.

Puppy Will Be Available To Go To His or Her New Home On __________ and pick-up is scheduled for __________.

Once puppies have been vaccinated and released to go to their new homes by my Veterinarian, I will call you to confirm

scheduled pick-up day and will set up a time to pick up your new puppy. If Puppy is not picked-up on this date, BUYER

will forfeit Deposit and selection of puppy. SELLER is not required to contact BUYER to confirm their commitment to

pick up puppy.

If BUYER is unable to take a puppy due to unforeseen circumstances, Deposit will be held for One (1) year from the date

on Non-Refundable Deposit Contract to be applied towards a future puppy. Deposits are non-transferable.

If SELLER is unable to provide puppy to BUYER due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of deposit will be given

to the BUYER. If there is another puppy available that the BUYER wants to put the deposit towards, the deposit can be

put towards that puppy. SELLER reserves the right to return deposit back within 30 days, if we don’t have a puppy

available for you.

BUYER agrees to have Veterinarian appointment scheduled within 48 business hours after pickup date for well-puppy

checkup to be in compliance with Puppy’s Health Guarantee. BUYER understands that FINAL PAYMENT is in the form

of CASH only.

If any legal actions are necessary, the litigation must be in the jurisdiction of Clearwater, Pinellas County in the State of

Florida. Should it become necessary for the SELLER to take legal action to defend herself or otherwise enforce the

provisions of this Contract, the BUYER agrees to pay all of SELLER’S court costs and reasonable attorney fees.

We reserve the right to refuse or revoke any sale at any time to anyone we don’t believe would be in the best interest of

our puppies.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT ALL

COMPANION PUPPIES ARE SOLD WITH LIMITED AKC REGISTRATION (IF APPLICABLE). NO

EXCEPTIONS.
