Before signing and submitting this form to Brisbane Markets Limited, please read the following conditions that apply to this
Application for Assignment:
1.
Application fees and any costs associated with this Application will be charged to the Tenant’s Account.
2.
The Tenant shall remain liable for costs incurred in respect of this Application; irrespective of the Lessor approving this Application
and irrespective of whether this Assignment dealing proceeds.
3.
All details pertaining to this Application form are to be true and correct and provided in full.
4.
The Lessor will rely on the information provided when considering this Application and reserves the right to terminate the Application
and/or the Assignment if any of the information supplied proves to be false, misleading or incomplete.
5.
The onus of providing all of the information required under this Application rests with the Tenant and Assignee.
6.
The Tenant and the Assignee hereby authorise BML to undertake searches and validation checks on all information presented with
this Application including but not limited to:

Company searches
b.
Property searches
c.
Credit checks
7.
The Assignee must not use or occupy the premises unless this Application is approved and settlement has occurred with BML’s
consent in writing to the parties.
8.
This Assignment Application will not be considered by BML if there is any existing breach of covenant of a lease held by the Tenant
and / or the Assignee.
9.
If this Application is approved, it is a condition of the Lessor’s consent that the Tenant and Assignee execute all consent
documentation and fulfill all other conditions that are attached to the Lessor’s consent.
