measurements and sizing
In order to ensure the best possible fit, we highly recommend measurements be
taken by either a professional tailor/seamstress or come in get sized by one of our
sales people. This is an important part of the order process. Accurate measurements
bust
will enable you to select the size that will give you the closest fit.
waist
Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
Bust:
Measure around your natural waist (the narrowest part of your waist).
Waist:
hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hip.
Hips:
After you have your measurements taken, refer to the size chart below and decide
which size category you best fall closest to. Please remember, our dresses/garments
are in standard sizes. Keep in mind that your usual size may not be the same size you
normally wear when choosing your dress. If your measurements fall between two
sizes, choose the larger size. It is always easier to take in than letting out a garment
when doing alterations. Please do not add inches for ease. Our size charts reflect
body measurements, not garment measurements.
Please keep in mind, dresses are not custom-made to your specific measurements.
If your measurements fall between sizes, alterations may be required to achieve the
best fit possible.
